Earth2 Recon is a CASA-compliant RPAS (drone) operator offering aerial reconnaissance, land and property inspection, and drone security consulting services across Australia. All flight operations are conducted subject to CASA regulations, airspace approvals, weather conditions, and site accessibility.

2. Booking and Payments

All flight operations must be scheduled in advance. Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled flight may be subject to a fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate site and property information and ensuring safe, legal access for flight operations at the scheduled time. Earth2 Recon is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information, restricted airspace, adverse weather, or inaccessible sites.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in our work, Earth2 Recon is not responsible for outcomes resulting from pre-existing site or property conditions, third-party obstructions, or environmental and weather conditions beyond our control.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
